GAMALIEL, Arkansas (KAIT) – A Gamaliel woman was arrested on several drug charges after a three month Arkansas investigation.
According to the Arkansas Baxter County Sheriff's office, obtained search warrant after several controlled buys of marijuana and prescription pills were made from 41-year-old Robin Causey Payne. Arkansas officers from the Sheriff's Office, Mountain Home Police, and Arkansas State Police served the search warrant.
Arkansas Officers say several ounces of marijuana, scales, smoking devices, and other drug paraphernalia were found inside her home. Payne is now charged with two counts of delivery of controlled substance, possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession with Intent to use drug paraphernalia to distribute marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia
Payne is held in the Detention Center with bond set at $25,000. She is scheduled to appear in Baxter County Circuit Court on Jan 20.
